TERMS & CONDITIONS SiDU
If you wish to book a service with sicher_in_down_under (SiDU) then you acknowledge and agree that by making the booking you have accepted the following Terms and Conditions for yourself and on behalf of all the other person(s) named in the booking (together the “Customer”):
1. AGE AND IDENTITY OF CUSTOMER
SiDU will not accept any booking from the Customer unless the Customer is at least 18 years of age. The Customer warrants and assures SiDU that the Customer or, if more than one person, the Customer making the booking, is at least 18 years of age. The Customer will be required to provide a photo ID when requested by SiDU.
2. FEES & CHARGES
The Customer agrees to pay to SiDU SiDU’s advertised price for the service. There is currently no booking fee in place. The rates are quoted in AUD and are correct at the time of publication. Prices can be subject to change at the discretion of SiDU. No responsibility is accepted by SiDU for unforeseen omissions or misrepresentation of partners.
3. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment must be made in full before the booked service is provided and, in any case, not later than seven (7) days after the booking. Failure to make payment in time may result in the cancellation of your booking
4. OPTIONAL SERVICES
All optional services must be paid direct to SiDU and are subject to operator availability and time constraints and are not guaranteed.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 60 before arrival: 0% of the cost of the booked service
59 – 30 days before arrival: 25% of the cost of the booked service
29 – 14 days before arrival: 50% of the cost of the booked service
13 – 0 days before arrival: 100% of the cost of the booked service
Cancellation fee of booked service while staying in Australia: 100% of the booked service/revenue
6. CANCELLATION BY US
SiDU may cancel a booked service at any time due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events. If SiDU cancels the booked service, the Customer has the option to transfer amounts paid to a different date or, alternatively, receive a full refund.
SiDU is not responsible for any incidental expenses that the Customer may have incurred as a result of the booking including, but not limited, to visas and travel insurance.
Whilst SiDU makes every effort to safeguard its customers, SiDU cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, death or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, contractors or partners.
SiDU also assumes no responsibility for any act of negligence, act or omission whatsoever by any party whose services are used.
8. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
SiDU’s staff members are entitled to a safe work environment and SiDU will not tolerate any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or any other inappropriate towards SiDU staff members. Such behaviour may result in a cancellation of the booked service and no refunds will be given in such circumstances.
Any personal information that SiDU collects about the Customer may be used for any purpose associated with the booked service. The information may be disclosed to SiDU’s staff members, contractors, service providers or other suppliers to enable SiDU to give the Customer the best service.
